ATTENTION: Leaders of the A. James Clark School
If you are an officer within a Clark School student organization, we invite you to attend the Engineering Student Council (ESC) Officer's Social and first General Body Meeting for the 2014-2015 school year! All officers from your organization are welcome, but at least one representative from each organization is REQUIRED to attend. Priority for signing up for Hot Dog Days (days in which your group can use the lobby of EGR for food sales) is based on your group's attendance at this event! It will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 17th at 6:30pm in KEB 1107. Please RSVP with the number of attendees from your organization to esc@umd.edu by Friday, Sept. 12th in addition to your organization's most current email so the ESC listserv can be updated. Pizza and dessert will be served to those officers who RSVP by the deadline!
