The second
place winners for best project at the MERIT Fair were Varun Sarin,
from the University of Maryland, and Stephen Boyer, who is also from
the University of Maryland. Their project was entitled "Wide
Band Gap Semiconductors," and was completed under the supervision
of Dr. S. Scozzie, from the Army Research Laboratory, and Dr. R.D.
Vispute, from the University of Maryland. |
