ECE Grad Students Ryu and Stamm Awarded Wylie Fellowships

ECE graduate students Geunmin Ryu and Matthew Stamm have been awarded 2011-2012 Ann G. Wylie Dissertation Fellowships. Ryu and Stamm were the only two Clark School students to receive this prestigious, university-wide fellowship.

Ryu is advised by Professor Mario Dagenais, while Stamm is advised by Professor K. J. Ray Liu.

The Ann G. Wylie Dissertation Fellowship includes a $10,000 stipend and tuition remission for one semester. Only a small number of students are selected each year to receive the fellowship based on a rigorous, university-wide nomination and selection process.

The Wylie Fellowship is intended to reward outstanding students and help them devote their full attention to the quality of their dissertation. More information is available at the Graduate School website.
