Chu, Subramanian win MAMNA best grad student poster awards

Two Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate students have won Best Graduate Student Poster Awards at the 2014 Mid-Atlantic Micro/Nano Alliance Symposium, held March 10.

Sangwook Chu and Sowmya Subramanian both are associated with ISR Director Reza Ghodssi’s (ECE/ISR) MEMS Sensors and Actuators Laboratory.

Chu’s poster was titled “Microfabricated Energy Storage Devices Using Viral Nanotemplates” and Subramanian’s poster was “Microsystems for Characterization, Sensing and Treatment of Bacterial Biofilms.”

Congratulations to both students!
