Instructions:
Download The Padframe_408D.tar on your desktop.

login to your cadence directory  /Cadence/

Copy the Padframe_408D.tar using WinSCP to your Cadence directory

Type the following to untar the folder
tar -xf Padframe_408D.tar


Goto Cadence:
tap cds-cic
icfb &

Goto
Tool->Library path editor -> Edit -> Add library
A window will popup. Select
Padframe_408D library
Click Ok

File -> Save As

Keep the directory and path same just 'ok'
the cds.lib will be modified (over write it).


Goto Library manager
 You should now be able to see the library
PadFrame_408D.

Check the layout to see the complete Padrame
