Installation of Padframe library

 

   1. Download the installation script to your Cadence directory

“cd Cadence”

“cp /afs/glue.umd.edu/home/isr/t/tdatta/pub/installPadframe.txt installPadframe.txt”

 

   2. Run the script

“./installPadframe.txt”

 

   3. Verify the installation, by running Cadence and looking for the library “Padframe408D”

“tap cds-cic”

“icfb &”


If receive an error, (./installPadframe.txt: Permission denied.)

Type the following command:


chmod 755 installPadframe.txt



If you are getting errors i.e. boxes with Xs, rename the entire library:

pads_tiny_ami05
