Ghodssi and Horiuchi Promoted to Associate Professor

ECE faculty Reza Ghodssi (ECE/ISR) and Timothy Horiuchi (ECE/ISR) have been promoted by University of Maryland President C.D. Mote to Associate Professors with tenure.

Both Ghodssi and Horiuchi are also affiliated with the Institute for Systems Research (ISR).
