University of Maryland Ranked Among Top 10 Best Values
The University of Maryland has been ranked ninth in the nation in Kiplinger's 2008-2009 100 Best Values in Public Colleges ratings. This marks Maryland's highest ranking ever by Kiplinger. In last year's rankings, Maryland was ranked 28th. The previous best was 15th, in 2006. The ranking pertains to the university's in-state tuition fees.
