Lee, Root, and Swader Honored at Clark School Outstanding Commitment Ceremony
Three honorees from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department received the Clark School Outstanding Commitment Award at an outdoor ceremony at the Glenn L. Martin Hall Plaza on Monday, September 18, 2006. Professor Emeritus Chi Lee, former Executive Assistant to the Chair Nancy Swader, and former Operations Manager and IT Systems Programmer Rex Root were among the ten recently retired individuals honored for their years of service to the Clark School.
The names of the honorees were engraved on the wall of a fountain in front of Martin Hall.
ECE Chair Patrick O’Shea and Associate Dean and ECE Professor Mark Shayman were on hand at the event to honor the award recipients.
