The purpose of the FTL Program is to identify and develop the top Masters and PhD candidates in the areas of science, technology and engineering. Individuals in the program spend three years on rotations across the country and contribute to critical projects. Those on-the-job assignments are supplemented by mentoring and professional development activities with a high degree of senior management visibility.
Qualifications
- MS or PhDs majoring in Aerospace, Bioengineering, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Fire Protection, Materials, Mechanical, Reliability, Systems, or Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science
- Graduation date between Dec. 2024 - Dec. 2025
- 3.0+ GPA
- U.S. Citizen
