ECE Graduate Student To Give Talk on VLSI Design at Colorado State

Azadeh Davoodi, a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Maryland, will give a talk at Colorado State University on Monday, March 27, 2006. The seminar, titled "Optimization Schemes for Variability-Driven VLSI Design Automation," is sponsored by CSU’s ECE department, and will take place at the Lory Student Center.

Azadeh’s research interests include VLSI CAD optimization algorithms under manufacturing variability for nano-scale feature sizes. In December 2005, Azadeh won a Maryland Graduate School Dissertation Fellowship. She is advised by ECE Assistant Professor Ankur Srivastava.
