Chellappa Gives Plenary Talk at DICTA Conference

Minta Martin Professor of Engineering Dr. Rama Chellappa (ECE/UMIACS/CS) gave a keynote plenary talk at the Digital Image Computing: Techniques and Applications (DICTA) Conference in Canberra, Australia on Dec. 3. The title of the talk was "Video-based activity recognition."
